Taking Back Ticketing

The ticketing industry has been controlled by monopolistic platforms that extract billions in fees from fans and organizers. We're building a better way—open, fair, and community-driven.

Our Mission

Democratize event ticketing by providing a platform that puts control back in the hands of organizers and attendees.

Fans First

No hidden fees. No deceptive pricing. Just honest ticketing that respects fans' wallets and organizers' revenue.

Data Ownership

Your attendee list is your most valuable asset. It should live in your database, not locked in a vendor's silo.

Open Source

Transparency through code. AGPL-3.0 licensed. Auditable, extensible, and community-driven.

The Ticketing Problem

Extractive Fees

Platforms like Ticketmaster charge 20-30% in "service fees" that don't serve anyone except their shareholders. A $50 ticket becomes $65 with fees. That's a $15 tax for using their software.

Vendor Lock-In

Once you start using a proprietary platform, your data is trapped. Want to switch? Good luck exporting your attendee list, order history, and customer relationships.

Monopolistic Control

Exclusive venue contracts mean organizers have no choice. The venue says use Platform X, so you use Platform X—and pay their fees, follow their rules, and accept their terms.

Lack of Innovation

When one company dominates, innovation stops. Ticketing platforms haven't fundamentally changed in decades because they don't have to. Monopolies breed complacency.

Our Solution

Zero Per-Ticket Fees

Pay only for infrastructure (self-host for free, or use managed hosting with one-time pricing). No revenue share. No per-ticket taxes. Keep 100% of your ticket revenue.

Data Portability

Export everything in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON). Your data lives in PostgreSQL— you have full database access. Move to another platform anytime (though we hope you won't).

Community-Driven Development

Open source means the community decides features, not a C-suite. Submit PRs, request features, or fork the project. The code belongs to everyone.

Part of the Super Family

Supertix is one of several open-source tools in the Super Family ecosystem, each designed to solve a specific problem without vendor lock-in.

Superfan

Graph-based data platform for tracking relationships between customers, events, and entities.

SuperBill

Invoicing and financial reconciliation for event organizers and service providers.
